Job Summary: Join our Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) team as an AR Caller. Your role will involve contacting US insurance companies to follow up on claims, resolve denials, and ensure timely payments.
Required Skills:
- Good English communication (verbal and written).
- Knowledge of US healthcare/insurance terms (preferred).
- Understanding of EOBs and denial handling.
- Basic computer and MS Office skills.
Qualifications: Any degree or diploma. 0–2 years experience. Freshers welcome.
